Have a background in sports or coaching? Able to work year-round? Get paid to run active, fun sports programming for preschoolers and early elementary kids at daycares and schools across the Twin Cities during the day. About Mini Me Sports Mini Me Sports brings coach-led sports and movement programs right into daycares and preschools across the Twin Cities. Kids ages 2.5+ build coordination, confidence, and a love of being active. We handle the curriculum and the equipment. You bring the energy and the connection with the kids. What You'll Do Lead sports and movement classes for small groups of kids ages 2.5+ Drive to your assigned daycare and school sites across the metro Follow the Mini Me Sports curriculum and keep every class safe, active, and fun Set up and pack down equipment for each session Build friendly relationships with kids, teachers, and site staff Show up on time, every time, ready to go What You Need At least 1 year of experience coaching kids or working with young children in a group setting (required) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you will drive to sites, up to an hour each way) Energetic, punctual, responsible, motivated, and a strong communicator Ability to pass a background check (standard for anyone working with children) Available year-round, not seasonal CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to get certified (we will assist in certification if needed) Nice to Have Athletic or competitive sports background Experience with preschool or early elementary age groups Coaching, teaching, camp counselor, or childcare experience Bilingual Pay and Perks $25 to $30 per hour for coaching time $17.50 per hour for paid training Part-time, 10 to 20 hours per week Daytime hours on weekdays, mostly mornings and early afternoons Steady, year-round work Paid monthly gym membership We help you get CPR and First Aid certified How to Apply We are hiring multiple coaches and starting right away.
