Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include: Developing and teaching game strategies, organizing and executing practice and game plans, working with the Activities Director to schedule facilities for practices and competitions, being a positive influence and role model for middle school students on and off the court, promoting a culture of safety, being creative and innovative, and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with basketball knowledge, effective communication, strong organizational skills, good judgment, and problem-solving skills, and possess sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with students, and be able to work after school.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule is determined by the Activities Director. Must be available to work with students after school and possibly some weekends. All hours are scheduled to meet the needs of the Middle School Basketball program.
