Any resume without that information cannot be considered. Piranhas Swim Club seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic year-round Swim Coach to assist with our novice and age groups. Ideal candidates will have experience in competitive swimming and a passion for growing the sport. All applicants must be over the age of 18. Duties
  • Assist lead coaches with our novice and age group swimmers
  • Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance
  • Promote teamwork and sportsmanship in a competitive and fun environment
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages personal growth and development Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with youth
  • Passion for swimming and making the sport fun for athletes
  • Consistent weeknight availability
  • Lifeguard/AED/CPR and/or SafeSport certifications are appreciated but not required.
Job Details We are seeking a coach that is looking to make a long-term commitment to a team and grow alongside us. We offer competitive pay, education/training opportunities, and schedule flexibility to ensure that staff are able to grow as coaches as well as maintain a sustainable lifestyle. Our practice facilities are located at Richfield Middle School and Oak Grove Middle School (Bloomington). Practices last for 0.75-1.5 hours and take place between 6-8:30pm depending on location. We ask that coaches commit to at least 2 practices per week to maintain consistency. We offer opportunities to coach up to five days a week as well as coach at weekend meets if interested. Our season is year-round with breaks in April and August.
