Any resume without that information cannot be considered. Piranhas Swim Club seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic year-round Swim Coach to assist with our novice and age groups. Ideal candidates will have experience in competitive swimming and a passion for growing the sport. All applicants must be over the age of 18. Duties

Assist lead coaches with our novice and age group swimmers
Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance
Promote teamwork and sportsmanship in a competitive and fun environment
Foster a positive environment that encourages personal growth and development Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with youth
Passion for swimming and making the sport fun for athletes
Consistent weeknight availability
Lifeguard/AED/CPR and/or SafeSport certifications are appreciated but not required.

Job Details We are seeking a coach that is looking to make a long-term commitment to a team and grow alongside us. We offer competitive pay, education/training opportunities, and schedule flexibility to ensure that staff are able to grow as coaches as well as maintain a sustainable lifestyle. Our practice facilities are located at Richfield Middle School and Oak Grove Middle School (Bloomington). Practices last for 0.75-1.5 hours and take place between 6-8:30pm depending on location. We ask that coaches commit to at least 2 practices per week to maintain consistency. We offer opportunities to coach up to five days a week as well as coach at weekend meets if interested. Our season is year-round with breaks in April and August.
