Responsibilities:
 Winona Area Public Schools is seeking a Head Coach for the Girls Swim & Dive Program for the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for a coach who will support student-athletes both in and out of the pool, build strong relationships within the program, and continue to promote a culture of growth, teamwork, and excellence.
This position includes:
Day-to-day coaching and instruction of student-athletes at Winona Senior High School Oversight of all aspects of the girls swimming and diving program Coordination and management of program equipment Operation and supervision of meet timing equipment Leadership in fostering a positive, competitive, and student-centered team culture The season begins August 17, 2026, and concludes in November 2026. School
