00 per hour Job description: About us DASH Sports is a local youth sports training company based out of the Twin Cities, MN. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to Provide communities with well organized, skilled based youth sports programs for kids.

Fun! Working with children on-site at local schools and parks Flexible working hours Casual work attire Job Overview We are seeking passionate and experienced Youth Sports Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball, Volleyball, or other sports and possess a strong foundation in Physical Education. If you have a knack for educating and motivating young athletes to excel in sports, this role is perfect for you. Schedule

• Our camps run between the times of 2 an 7pm Mondays-Fridays, and between 9am and 2pm on Saturdays Requirements
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Must pass a background check
• Must have sports experience
• Must have prior coaching and/or childcare experience Duties
• Educate and train athletes in a variety of sports and physical activities.
• Implement our practice plans and curriculums to enhance students' skills and performance.
• Organize and lead sports coaching sessions in a gym or outdoor setting.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Create a fun, positive and supportive learning environment for students to thrive.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sports events and competitions. Skills
• Strong background in sports coaching with experience working with children.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their athletic goals.
• Experience working with athletes ages 3 to 12yrs.
• Proficient in implementing engaging training programs tailored to individual needs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of sports equipment and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and transport sports equipment around gym and outdoor facilities as needed for coaching sessions.
