Job Description
Assistant Trach and Field Coach - Sprints and Hurdles Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Full Time/Term Primary Responsibilities Coaches, recruits, and provides academic oversight for student-athletes Performs administrative duties related to the track & field/cross country programs Promotes Southeast Missouri State University and the athletics program through community involvement Bachelor's degree Demonstrated successful experience coaching or competitive experience with sprints and/or hurdles Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA regulations Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, faculty, community and media Demonstrated ability to motivate student-athletes academically and athletically Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work evening and weekend hours Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
