JOB GOAL

To support the head coach and to provide a learning environment for athletes to improve their skills.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coach individual student athletes in the skills necessary for excellence in chosen sport.

2. Assist head coach in planning and scheduling practices in season.

3. Assist head coach in maintaining necessary paperwork.

4. Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behaviors at all times and establish and oversee penalties for breach of such standards by individual students.

5. Assist head coach in organizing clinics and camps when appropriate.

6. Assist, organize and oversee off-season conditioning.

7. Attend/participate in clinics to enhance knowledge and improve program.
