$3,907 Seasonal, Extra-Duty Position Stipend based on the FHSD Extra Duty Pay Schedule Reports to the Building Activities Director Purpose Statement Extra-curricular activities are an important extension of the student experience. Assist Coaches inspire, motivate, and teach students specific skills related to the activity while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character development.
Qualifications Eligible Applicants:
FHSD Certified Employees FHSD Non-Certified Employees Qualified External Candidates Requirements:
Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching Demonstrated ability to model and teach strong leadership, integrity, and commitment to student success Knowledge of sport-specific techniques, safety, and MSHSAA regulations Key Responsibilities Help lan, organize, and direct the Baseball program in alignment with district and MSHSAA standards Teach fundamental and advanced skills to student-athletes while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship Supervise players during all practices, games, and team events to ensure safety and adherence to expectations Collaborate with the Head Coach to maintain consistency across program levels Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration Maintain compliance with all FHSD and MSHSAA eligibility requirements We looked forward to review your application!
