Purpose Statement :
Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience, offering opportunities for skill development, positive character growth, and strong relationships. As a Track Assistant Coach, you will inspire, motivate, and teach students track-specific skills while encouraging personal development and fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in developing and implementing practice schedules, strategies, and event plans. Teach track-specific skills and techniques to students. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character traits. Build supportive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
Job Requirements :
Education :
Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
