This candidate must be willing to coach recreational and team gymnasts. If you have no team experience, we will train you to coach team, while you take on recreational classes first. Dreamflight promotes individuality in our gymnasts

Everyone learns differently; our coaches appreciate this and find fun in the challenge of facilitating every student's growth in the healthiest way possible for mind and body. Dreamflight is the first in an "Interdisciplinary Sphere". We teach Gymnastics, Dance, Acting, and Writing, with the hope to expand to music and art in the next few years. This is "Where Athleticism Meets The Arts". Responsibilities

• Work with recreation and team (XCEL Silver, Gold, Platinum).
• Learn from the Head Coach in specific techniques and drills, whether during class or other training sessions.
• Work recitals and performances with a passion for creating something new. Skills
• Some background in gymnastics is required.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide children in a group setting.
• Ability to educate students on proper techniques while ensuring their safety during practice.

In the end, Dreamflight is about inspiring gymnasts with a new philosophy, one that's based around the gymnasts' physical and mental health.
