Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Boxing Instructor to lead engaging boxing training sessions and inspire participants of all skill levels. As a key member of our fitness and sports education team, you will design and deliver high-energy workouts, teach proper boxing techniques, and promote a safe, motivating environment. Your passion for sports, coaching expertise, and excellent communication skills will help individuals achieve their fitness goals while fostering confidence and discipline through the art of boxing. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive boxing training programs tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Lead group classes and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on boxing techniques, conditioning, and sport-specific skills Ensure safety protocols are followed, including proper use of equipment and injury prevention measures Demonstrate correct punching, footwork, defensive moves, and conditioning exercises with clarity and enthusiasm Monitor participant progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate individuals to reach their full potential Maintain a clean, organized training area and ensure all boxing equipment is in good condition Incorporate related sports skills such as martial arts techniques (e.g., Karate, Judo), climbing, or cheerleading when applicable to enhance training variety Skills Proven experience in boxing instruction or coaching with a strong understanding of sport-specific training methods Background in sports coaching, martial arts (such as Karate or Judo), swimming, or health club environments Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively to children and adults alike Excellent communication skills to engage participants and explain techniques clearly Experience with behavior management to foster a positive training atmosphere Knowledge of AED operation and basic first aid for emergency preparedness Familiarity with related activities such as basketball, cheerleading, climbing, or gymnastics is a plus Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, progress tracking, and equipment maintenance Join us to empower individuals through the exciting sport of boxing!
