Fairport Harbor Exempted Village School District Middle School Boys Basketball Coach Fairport Harbor Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as our Middle School Boys Basketball Coach . The ideal candidate will be committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court, while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive team culture. Responsibilities Plan and conduct practices and prepare the team for competition. Teach and develop fundamental basketball skills. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior. Provide appropriate supervision and ensure the safety of student-athletes. Communicate effectively with students, families, school staff, and athletic administration. Follow all district, league, and athletic department policies and procedures. Complete all required coaching certifications and trainings. Qualifications Previous basketball playing or coaching experience preferred. Ability to work effectively with middle school students. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive experience for all student-athletes. Must meet all applicable OHSAA and district coaching requirements.Position:
