Key Swim Teacher Responsibilities:

Swim Instruction and Relationship Management :

Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.

Safety and Compliance :

Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Student Progress Monitoring :

Track and assess students' progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Team Little Otter -
