Baseball Coach Showcase Baseball Academy

Showcase Baseball Academy Lake Norman is seeking motivated, high-character baseball coaches to join our year-round development program. We focus on long-term player development — combining skill instruction, athletic development, intelligent competition, and arm safety. This is not a weekend-only travel team. We operate a structured annual model with professional coaching standards. Responsibilities Lead and assist team practices (on-field and indoor facility) Work with multiple teams throughout the week (coaches will practice with approximately 4 teams weekly) Teach proper mechanics in hitting, pitching, and defense Support speed and strength development Manage games with a development-first mindset Maintain player safety and follow Pitch Smart guidelines Communicate professionally with players and parents Qualifications Baseball playing and/or coaching experience (College or Pro Experience Preferred) Strong understanding of fundamentals and mechanics High character, reliability, and professionalism Positive energy and ability to mentor youth athletes (9U-17U) Organized and prepared for multiple team environments What We Offer Competitive pay Indoor and on-field training environment Structured program with clear developmental philosophy Opportunity to provide individual lessons outside of team practices for additional hours and compensation Growth opportunity within a respected, development-focused organization If you are passionate about building players the right way and want to be part of a professional coaching environment, we'd love to connect.
