Job Description
MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK AND FIELD ASSISTANT COACH - FIELD EVENTS
Durham Academy is accepting applications for part-time varsity assistant Middle School track coach with a specialization in field eventsPosition :
Teaching, coaching, and mentoring 30+ Middle School athletes. Will report directly to the Head Coach.Qualifications:
- Experience competing as a field event athlete at the high school or college level.
- Passion for the sport of track & field, especially the field events.
- Must be able to develop and implement workouts appropriate for varying skill levels.
- Ability to communicate and work well with other coaches, parents, and student-athletes.
- Enjoy helping student-athletes reach their potential.
- Must have valid driver s license.
- Attend practices and meets.
When:
- February-Mid May
- Practice times Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 5 pm
