Job Description
Personal Trainer - Full-Time or Part-Time NC REPS | Eden, NC NC REPS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and energetic Personal Trainer to join our growing team. We are a locally owned fitness and wellness facility offering personal training, sports performance training, group fitness, and stretch services. NC REPS is uniquely housed alongside an established physical therapy and chiropractic practice. This collaborative environment allows our trainers to work near healthcare professionals and help clients transition safely from rehabilitation to long-term fitness, athletic performance, and wellness. This position may be full-time or part-time based on experience, availability, and client demand. We welcome experienced trainers as well as novice trainers who are eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Conduct fitness assessments and help clients establish realistic goals Design safe and effective individualized exercise programs Provide one-on-one, small-group, and group training Coach athletes through strength, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning programs Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and technique Motivate clients and build strong, professional relationships Track client progress and adjust programs as needed Assist with stretch services based on training and qualifications Collaborate appropriately with our physical therapy and chiropractic teams Help clients progress from rehabilitation to independent fitness when appropriate Assist with client retention, follow-up, and community outreach Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment Qualifications Personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization preferred CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain Knowledge of exercise programming, strength training, mobility, and injury prevention Sports performance or assisted stretching experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, positive, and coachable Comfortable working with adults, older adults, youth athletes, and clients of different ability levels Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Willing to help build and maintain a personal training client base Why Join NC REPS?
