Duties Lead and facilitate axe throwing activities for individuals and groups, ensuring everyone understands safety guidelines and proper techniques Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with participants, answering questions, and creating an inclusive atmosphere Monitor the activity area continuously to uphold safety standards and prevent accidents or conflicts Helping Bartenders with bar-backing (you are tipped out for this) Enforce safety rules diligently while maintaining a lively and motivating environment Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance of the axe throwing lanes, building and equipment to ensure a safe and appealing space Experience Previous experience in bar industry or hospitality roles is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or unruly behavior professionally Customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction in fast-paced settings Experience working with children or in recreational environment Public speaking skills to confidently instruct groups and lead engaging demonstrations Join us as an Axe Throwing Coach to deliver exhilarating experiences while ensuring safety and professionalism.
