Gymnastics Coach

Job Summary Join the New Vision staff where you will inspire and train athletes of all ages and skill levels in a program that trains compulsories-level 10 and Xcel athletes. You will work with other staff to develop training plans, foster a positive environment, and promote safety and discipline. You will be joining a staff who encourage growth, confidence, goal setting, and teamwork. This position offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our athletes and their development. Responsibilities Plan and deliver consistent gymnastics coaching tailored to various age groups and skill levels Monitor athletes' progress, provide constructive feedback, communicate proper techniques, and adjust coaching methods accordingly Ensure safety and a respectful, motivating environment Communicate clear instructions and foster positive relationships with athletes and parents Travel for competitions Willingness to cross programs and help with other daily operations Skills Proven experience in gymnastics instruction with a focus on positive child development Passion for children and excellent gymnastics; ability to connect with athletes Either strong compulsory experience or upper level coaching experience... can be specifics events- spotting required

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
