The coaching behaviors are:

Lead by example Building Relationships Prioritizing Character over Performance Emphasizing Respect and Sportsmanship They should have a calling to this ministry to help shape athletes who can be ambassadors for Christ in the athletic community and beyond. Job goal - Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success in a biblical manner. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of spiritual and positive values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
