The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Assist with coordinating and leading practices. Attend and coach all home and away volleyball matches. Develop student athletes, including skills, conditioning, knowledge of volleyball, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Create and execute strategies during volleyball matches. Collaborate with the School's athletics department and uphold The O'Neal School's mission and vision.
Requirements:
Previous experience playing volleyball required; experience coaching volleyball preferred Strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop students. Dependability, responsibility, and reliability. Enthusiasm and flexibility. All employees hired by The O'Neal School must have legal authorization to work in the United States and must pass a pre-employment background check.
