To Be Determined Job Description Bismarck Public Schools is accepting applications for an Assistant Debate Advisor. The High School Assistant Debate Advisor/Coach for Century High School will assist the head coach in fostering a culture of intellectual rigor and collaborative learning. The coach will work closely with students to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and argumentation skills, preparing them for success in local, state, and national debate competitions. This role requires a commitment to creating an inclusive environment where all students can thrive. Please note - Coaches who hold a ND teaching license - wages are reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR). The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary and the District will contribute 12.75%
