Seasonal / Stipend Overview Red River High School is seeking anAssistant Girls Cross Country Coachto help lead, train, and inspire our student-athletes for the upcoming fall season. Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Coach with daily practices and meet preparation. Teach proper running mechanics, pacing, and injury prevention. Supervise athletes at practices and meets, ensuring a safe and positive team environment. Model strong sportsmanship and positive leadership. Qualifications High school or collegiate running experience is preferred. Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with high school athletes. Must pass background checks and obtain required state athletic/safety certifications (CPR/First Aid).
