Gymnastics Coaches Badlands Gymnastics Club is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our team! Our recreational and preschool programs focus on helping children build confidence, strength, coordination, and life skills in a fun, positive environment. We're looking for individuals who love working with kids and want to make a difference in their lives.
What We're Looking For:
Positive, energetic, and encouraging personalities Dependable and reliable team members Passion for working with children Comfortable leading groups and keeping kids engaged Ability to be active and on your feet during classes Available during after-school and evening hours
Experience Preferred, But Not Required:
Gymnastics Cheerleading Dance Youth sports coaching Teaching or childcare experience We can teach gymnastics skills, we're looking for great people first.
Position Details:
Part-time Primarily afternoon and evening hours Training and shadowing opportunities available this summer Increased coaching hours beginning August 2026 Season runs August through March, with opportunities for continued employment Must pass background check
What You'll Do:
Lead and assist gymnastics classes for preschool and/or recreational athletes Create a fun, safe, and positive learning environment Teach foundational movement skills and gymnastics basics Encourage confidence, teamwork, and personal growth Help kids develop a lifelong love of movement and physical activity If you're passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and succeed, we'd love to meet you!
