Position Title Assistant Softball Coach Job Type Full Time - 12 months Division Athletics Department Softball Job Location Crete, NE (68333) Position Summary The Assistant Softball Coach has the responsibility of organizing and conducting recruiting efforts, summer camps, and practice & game plan development in coordination with the Head Softball Coach; individual and small group instruction with team members; post-game video analysis; talent scouting; and individual meetings with the head coach & individual student-athletes. The position is expected to attend practices and team meetings as well as travel with the team for away competitions. They will assist in the planning and execution of travel plans as assigned. Recruiting duties may include but are not limited to: scouting and evaluation, planning and executing campus visits, calls, emails, mailings, social media communication, and management of the recruiting database.
