To enable each student athlete to pursue a meaningful experience in our athletic program by providing them with opportunities to develop, perform and earn results on the field and in life.Qualifications:
- Work cooperatively with the athletic director and head coach, administration, staff, parents, community and key stakeholders of FMRHS and FMMS Football
- Be an integral member of a program that spans grades 6-12
- Combine the reinforcement of basic skills with advanced skills needed for a competitive football program
- Current NFHS and NHIAA rules, policies and procedures
- Commitment to program and helping the growth of student athletes
- Strong work ethic coupled with great leadership
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to student athletes
- Superior organizational skills
- Red Cross First Aid certificate, including CPR training
- NFHS and NHIAA coaching requirements
High School Diploma Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Athletic Director, High School Head Coach and the Middle School Head Football Coach, will work to coordinate the Fall Mountain Regional High School and Fall Mountain Middle School Football program
- Develop and establish a high-quality program founded on sound principles, strong team values, and the ethics of hard work, commitment, loyalty, honesty, respect and sportsmanship all within a fun learning atmosphere
- Help to communicate all information regarding the Fall Mountain Regional High School and Fall Mountain Middle School Football program to the parents, and community
- Motivate and connect with our student athletes
- Work cooperatively with and support all other coaches in serving the needs and interests of all student/athletes
