Job Description

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader is committed to youth development, supporting staff team members, and brings strong operational and coaching expertise. The Gymnastics Director oversees all aspects of YMCA gymnastics programming, including instructional classes, camps, and competitive team operations. This role allows flexibility, depending upon the candidate, to bring experience in either instructional Gymnastics, competitive Gymnastics, or a combination of the two.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Recreation, Sports Management, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in gymnastics programming, coaching, or related leadership role Experience leading competitive gymnastics programs preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills CPR/AED, First Aid, and Safe Sport certifications (or ability to obtain)
