Schedule & Pay:
$20- $23hr depending on experience Monday
- Friday 3:00
- 8:30p Occasional weekends to attend meets Part-time year-round position Key Responsibilities Lead, oversee and coach gymnastics competitive programs for levels 3-8 Design and implement progressive, age-appropriate training programs centered on USA Gymnastics fundamentals Coach athletes in skill development, technique, competition preparation and soft skills Supervise, mentor, and develop assistant coaches and instructors Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants Manage program scheduling, enrollment, and support budget development Build strong positive relationships with athletes, families, and the community Support program growth through outreach, events, and retention strategies Attend meets throughout the competitive season Qualifications Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, progressions, and safety practices Experience leading or supervising staff preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for youth development and creating a positive developmental environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends CPR/AED & First Aid, SafeSport, and USA Gymnastics credentials preferred
