JOB TITLE

PICKLEBALL COACH Seeking Pickleball Coaches to service our Pickleball community as we introduce the first location of Express Pickleball in Hooksett, NH. This is a brand new facility with 7 indoor courts, including a dedicated teaching court, a restaurant and lounge, and social space.

PICKLEBALL COACH PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of the Pickleball Instructor is to develop and deliver safe, structured, high-quality Pickleball training in a 1 on 1, semi-private, and small group setting to members of the club.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the following. Delivery of 1 on 1, semi-private and group pickleball lessons Assisting with court scheduling Assist with implementation and delivery of Pickleball programs Assist with organization and implementation of Pickleball tournaments Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability and Willingness to be physically active for hours at a time
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of Pickleball teaching experience preferred
• Playing experience and ranking will be considered
• Ability to utilize training/scheduling software and facility App

COMPENSATION

Part-time/Commission The company offers a highly competitive commission-based compensation package for the Pickleball professional position. Professional will start with a built-in customer base with unlimited potential for growth.
