Job Description

Overview Saint Patrick Academy athletics is looking for a Middle School Girls Soccer Coach that will inspire young athletes to develop their skills, teamwork, and confidence. This is a stipend position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead, motivate, and mentor middle school girls in a supportive environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, physical activity, and personal growth. As a coach, you will foster a positive team culture while teaching fundamental soccer techniques and strategies to help players reach their full potential. Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging soccer practices tailored to middle school girls, focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and teamwork. Lead team drills, scrimmages, and game-day strategies to promote active participation and sportsmanship. Monitor player safety during practices and games. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and athletic director. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages positive behavior management and respect among team members. Complete coaches training provided to you by the athletic director. Driving the school van/bus to and from away games. Skills/Experience Prior coaching experience in soccer or knowledge in the sport of soccer. Ability to work with children and adolescents in a coaching capacity. Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction and team leadership principles. Strong communication and leadership skills.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursdays Practices 3:30-5/5:30 2 games/week and 2 practices/week Season starts August 31st Season ends October 26th
Pay:
$300.00 - $700.00 per year
