Job Description
Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University (acceptance must be confirmed before the candidate is considered). The Graduate Assistant position is a two year position and includes tuition remission along with a stipend of $8,000 annually. Housing is not included, but is available on-campus. Acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the University's Graduate School. Position set to begin 6/1/2026 but can be flexible. First Grad Term begins 08/31/2026. On and Off campus recruiting of qualified student athletes
Assist with Fundraising activities
Assist with practice planning and implementation
Primary on-ice focus with team's defensemen and goaltenders, but will work with all positions
Monitoring of academics and study halls
Assist with team travel and game day operations, as well as scheduling, organizing, and general office work
Team Social Media/Video program
Adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations
Administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required
Previous coaching experience and/or successful NCAA or Junior playing experience required
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-level players Application materials will be accepted until the position is filled.
