Job Description

Job Summary:

Franklin Pierce University, a NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northeast-10 Conference, is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a full-time position of a Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. As in integral member of the Athletics Coach staff, this position reports directly to the Director of Athletics. The position is a full-time, 12-month coaching position that is responsible for working directly with the women's lacrosse team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: planning, organizing and conducting individual and team practices, training and competition games, coaching, recruiting, fundraising, scheduling, budgeting and travel

Experience and Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should: possess a Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred, have experience with coaching at the college level required, must possess good organizational, oral and written communication skills, have experience in recruiting and have the skills to recruit new student athletes, have knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is required, have experience with fundraising and budget management.
