Adaptive Swim Instructor Swim experience needed — we provide paid training Help children feel confident, safe, and joyful in the water. Swim Angelfish specializes in adaptive swim instruction for children with Autism, Anxiety, Down Syndrome, sensory needs, and other developmental challenges. If you love working with kids and want a meaningful, rewarding role, this is for you. What You'll Do Teach 1:1 adaptive swim lessons using our Swim Whisperers® Method Support swimmers who may have sensory, motor, or emotional regulation needs Create a calm, encouraging, and fun environment Communicate progress to families with warmth and clarity Maintain safety and follow pool guidelines What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy working with children You're patient, upbeat, and observant You're willing to learn new skills You're reliable and comfortable working independently Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to and from the pool Ability to be in the water for the duration of lessons Ability to pass a background check We Provide Paid training and certification in the Swim Whisperers® Adaptive Aquatics Program Ongoing mentorship and professional development A supportive, collaborative team Flexible scheduling Locations Hiring Reading, MA (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday) Salem, NH (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) Newton, MA (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) Pay & Schedule Competitive hourly pay Part‑time, flexible hours Weekday and weekend shifts available Make a Meaningful Impact If you want a role where you can help children build confidence and joy in the water, we'd love to meet you.
