Position Overview We're looking for a motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves coaching, thrives in a high-energy environment, and takes pride in helping people progress through thoughtful, effective training. You'll work with a mix of athletes, adults, and small group classes, helping clients build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent. What You'll Do Design and lead strength and conditioning sessions for individuals and small groups Coach proper movement mechanics, technique, and intensity with attention to safety Assess client needs, goals, and movement patterns to guide programming Motivate, educate, and support clients throughout their fitness journey Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-energy training environment Collaborate with other coaches to support programming and gym culture Who You Are Certified or currently pursuing a certification such as CSCS, CPT, NASM, ACSM, or similar Strong understanding of strength training, conditioning, and movement fundamentals Confident coaching major lifts and foundational movement patterns High energy, reliable, and passionate about helping others improve Comfortable working with a wide range of clients and fitness levels Perks and Benefits Supportive, team-focused environment Access to gym facilities and ongoing development opportunities Opportunities for growth as the brand and programming continue to expand If you're passionate about coaching, care deeply about quality training, and want to be part of a gym that values community and progress, we'd love to hear from you.
