Our mission is to build strong, well-rounded athletes by focusing on both physical and mental growth. With a passion for teamwork and sportsmanship, we aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Volleyball Coach, located in Boonton, NJ. As a coach, you will design and implement training plans, mentor and motivate players, develop skills and techniques, and manage practice sessions. It is imperative that our staff foster teamwork, ensure a positive and safe environment, and promote respect and sportsmanship. Collaborating with other staff and providing constructive feedback to players are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Experience and proficiency in volleyball skills and techniques Ability in Coaching and Training athletes Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff Background in education or experience playing is a plus Ability to motivate and support players, ensuring a positive team culture Availability to work on-site in Boonton, NJ as well as travel to tournaments What we offer: Opportunities to travel throughout the country A supportive family-like environment of coaches Continued development as a coach through out mentorship program Ability to train and support high level athletes with a dedicated work ethic Competitive pay along with Travel & Food Stipends Several opportunities to work different programs all year for additional income
