401(k) Bonus based on performance Free uniforms Health insurance Paid time off Zoned Sports Academy is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach who is eager to take on a comprehensive role in athlete development. This position involves more than just running workouts; we are looking for someone who will fully engage in the development process for our athletes. As a coach, you will: Assess each athlete using the Proteus performance system. Identify individual strengths and weaknesses. Build personalized strength programs based on data insights. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and keep athletes motivated throughout their season. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, with schedules that align with the seasonality of the sports we train. Flexibility across evenings, mornings, and weekends is essential.
Requirements include:
A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. CSCS certification (or actively pursuing). Experience coaching youth athletes; familiarity with Proteus is a significant advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a genuine investment in athlete development.
