Salary Details A minimum of $15.92/hr. Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. The specific benefits vary based on the position and may include: Medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage Paid vacation, holidays, and various leave programs Competitive retirement benefits, including defined contribution plans and voluntary tax-deferred savings options Employee and dependent educational benefits (when applicable) Life insurance coverage Employee discount programs Posting Summary Assistant Coach reports to the Head Coach and is responsible to assist in all aspects of coaching the sport including: guiding, educating, developing and recruiting, student-athletes to achieve their fullest potential with the fundamental characteristics and requirements that are necessary to conduct and produce a successful and highly competitive university intercollegiate program while instilling the importance of academic achievements at the Division III level. Methods, procedures and philosophies are to be conducted in accordance with University, NCAA, ECAC, and NJAC rules and regulations.
Position Status:
Part Time Minimum Education and Experience Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, teaching capacity. Familiar with strategies both on and off the field.
