Basketball Skills Trainer / Coach

Job Description Jon Medina Coaching is seeking a motivated and experienced basketball trainer/coach to work with youth players in skill development sessions, clinics, and small group training. Responsibilities Lead basketball training sessions for youth players Teach fundamental skills (dribbling, shooting, footwork, defense) Run structured, high-energy workouts Provide clear instruction and feedback Create a positive and disciplined training environment Assist with camps, clinics, and league programs Requirements Played basketball at least at the high school level Minimum 1 year of coaching or training experience Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals Ability to lead and manage groups of kids Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and energy Compensation $20-$40 per hour (based on experience) Ideal Candidate Former or current player Passionate about player development Comfortable working with kids of all skill levels Reliable, coachable, and professional How to Apply Please respond with your basketball experience, coaching background, and availability.
