We are laser-focused on the next level: explosive community growth, unforgettable member experiences, and cementing our position as the premier F45 destination in Jersey City. We are looking for a high-energy, people-magnet coach who lives for the floor and turns workouts into events that members rave about and bring friends to. This is a full-time, hands-on hybrid role . You will split your time roughly 50/50 between elite coaching and owning community initiatives that drive real organic growth and retention. Your Role

• 50/50 Split Coaching (Half Your Time) : Deliver high-energy, motivating F45 classes with precise form corrections, relentless motivation, and modifications for all fitness levels. Provide seamless coverage, build genuine member connections that improve retention, and maintain the intense, team-based F45 atmosphere. Community & Events (Half Your Time
• Your Superpower) : Create and lead standout in-studio events, challenges, local business partnerships, member nights, corporate wellness programs, and neighborhood activations.

Build the magnetic community energy that turns visitors into loyal members through referrals and word-of-mouth. Sales Support (Secondary) : Step in on warm leads, trial conversions, and member consultations when needed — no primary quota or cold calling.

Light Operations :

Support studio readiness, front desk excellence, and smooth daily operations. Compensation & Benefits $30

• $50 per hour (based on experience, sales track record, and performance) Performance bonuses tied to studio growth and events Free F45 membership Discounted memberships for family Flexible full-time schedule built around peak morning, evening, and weekend classes (minimum 30 hours per week) Clear path to Studio Manager and multi-studio leadership Requirements Current group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, or equivalent) + valid CPR/AED Proven experience coaching HIIT, bootcamp, or circuit-style training Outgoing, charismatic personality with a natural ability to build community and energy Genuine passion for the F45 brand and functional training Reliable, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, including peak hours and weekends Preferred Experience creating and running successful fitness events or community programs Background in member retention or team leadership Local to Jersey City / Hudson County
