Why You'll Love Working Here $40-50 per hour Additional $2 per student performance bonus for qualifying revenue-sharing school programs after successfully completing your introductory period Weekday morning schedule No lesson planning—curriculum and equipment provided Paid training and ongoing coaching Opportunities to grow your schedule as Tiger Paw Academy expands Positive, supportive team environment Make a meaningful impact in children's lives every week What You'll Do Lead fun, engaging soccer enrichment classes for children ages 2-7 Create a positive, encouraging learning environment where every child feels successful Follow Tiger Paw Academy's curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and personality Build positive relationships with school staff and represent Tiger Paw Academy professionally Arrive prepared, organized, and on time for every class Maintain a safe and energetic learning environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about working with young children Energetic, upbeat, and engaging Patient and encouraging Dependable and punctual Comfortable leading groups of children Professional and personable with school staff and parents Qualifications Required Experience teaching or leading children under the age of 7 Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Hudson County and Central New Jersey Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to pass a background check Preferred Experience coaching soccer or other youth sports Background in education, early childhood education, recreation, kinesiology, or related fields CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Schedule Monday-Friday Morning and early afternoon classes Initial schedule of approximately 4-6 hours per week Additional classes and responsibilities offered based on performance as Tiger Paw Academy continues to grow About Tiger Paw Academy Tiger Paw Academy partners with preschools and schools to provide high-quality soccer enrichment programs that emphasize fun, confidence, teamwork, and age-appropriate skill development.
