Job Description

University Swimming Association (USAI) is looking for a head coach (1) and assistant swim coach (1) for the 2026 summer season (June 13~ August 1).
Key duties:
conduct and supervise daily practice sessions M-F. Plan and supervise USAI swimmer participation in home and away summer swim meets (twice a week, Weds and Saturday). Utilize software (Swimtopia) to prepare line-ups and heats; encouraging swimmers to compete at their personal best; model good sportsmanship. There are limited pre-and post-season obligations. Positions report to the General Manager. USAI is a seasonal community pool and we participate in the NJ Swimming and Diving Conference. Anticipated 60 swimmers, age 5-18.
Pay:
$310.00 - $350.00 per week
