Job Description
About us TJD Sports Academy partners with recreation departments, schools, parks, and community organizations throughout New Jersey and New York to provide high-quality youth sports programs. Our mission is to help young athletes build confidence, stay active, and develop a lifelong love of sports in a fun, positive environment. As we continue to grow, we're looking for energetic Adult Fitness Boot Camp Instructors who are passionate about fitness, enjoy motivating others, and want to make a positive impact in their communities. About the Role As an Adult Fitness Boot Camp Instructor, you'll lead engaging, full-body fitness classes designed to improve strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness. Classes are built to accommodate participants of all fitness levels by providing scalable exercises and modifications when needed. You'll work with athletes of different ages and skill levels, creating a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where they can learn new skills, build confidence, and enjoy being active. Coaches should expect to travel to different program locations throughout New Jersey and New York based on their assignments.
