Through innovative software and a nationwide network of certified tennis professionals, we connect communities with high-quality instruction to grow participation and make tennis more inclusive for everyone. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to inspire players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will deliver engaging tennis lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and promote the sport within local communities. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help elevate players' skills while encouraging lifelong enjoyment of tennis. Duties Conduct engaging tennis lessons tailored to individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced players Develop customized training plans that focus on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship Promote a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants Demonstrate proper use of equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions Communicate effectively with students, parents, and program coordinators about progress and goals Assist in organizing community events, clinics, or tournaments to increase participation Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and player development Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching tennis at various skill levels Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of all ages Knowledge of sports-specific training techniques and physical education principles Experience working with children or in childcare settings preferred Ability to manage behavior effectively and foster a positive learning environment Additional experience in swimming, cheerleading, climbing, or other sports is advantageous Join us to share your passion for tennis while making a meaningful impact in your community!
Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
