Job Description

HAP FFC is looking for an energetic, skilled Youth Futsal Coach to lead training and development for our U6-U14 players. This is a part-time, hourly role perfect for someone who lives and breathes futsal and wants to shape the next generation of players in a supportive, fast-growing club. Futsal-specific coaching experience is required — this isn't outdoor soccer on a small court. We're looking for someone who understands the futsal-specific fundamentals: quick combinations, close ball control, the sole-of-the-foot game, rotations, and small-space decision-making. What you'll do: Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate futsal training sessions for players ages ~4-16 Teach core futsal techniques and game concepts in a fun, high-energy way Support players' technical growth and confidence, on and off the court Communicate positively with players and parents Represent the club's values at trainings and events What we're looking for: Prior futsal-specific training/coaching background (required) Experience working with youth players, especially younger age groups Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills Reliability and a genuine passion for player development Coaching license/certification a plus (or willingness to pursue one) Clearances/background check as required for working with minors Why coach with us: Competitive hourly pay — 30- 60/hr, based on experience Benefits — Club Gear, Coaching Mentorship, Growth Opportunities Real growth path — mentorship, coaching education support, and opportunities to take on more teams/hours as our program expands A club culture that actually cares — a close-knit, mission-driven team focused on developing great players and great people
