Job Description
Soccer Shots Monmouth County is hiring enthusiastic soccer coaches to teach children ages 2
- 8 years old.
Shadow Coach:
$17-24/hour >Lead Coach:
$23-36/hour 4 substantial pay increases in the 1st full year Quarterly performance bonuses (avg. $200 per quarter) Refer-A-Coach bonuses ($100 per coach- must stay for a full season)

Minimum four soccer sessions per week (choose from an open schedule) Employee discounts: Free Soccer Shots programs for your children ($250+ value per season) Team events: holiday parties + special events Flexible Schedule That Works for You Openings available mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturday/Sunday mornings Choose 4-35 classes per week based on your availability Create your own consistent schedule around school or other commitment What You'll Do Coach engaging 30-45-minute classes for groups of up to 8-12 children Lead fun soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 Work at preschools, parks, and indoor locations Follow our proven curriculum (we teach you!) Typical class size: up to 12 children Part-time — great for students, teachers, or second income Ideal Candidate Desire to work with children ages 2-8 Minimum commitment: Just 4 sessions per week (30-45 minutes each) Fast Hiring Process Hear back within 24 hours- We contact all applicants Complete your interview
