Duties Deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to students' skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing water safety rules and supervising activities at all times Use your background in sports coaching, martial arts, or physical education to incorporate fun drills and skill-building exercises Conduct behavior management to foster respectful and focused learning environments Assist with lifeguarding duties when necessary, maintaining vigilance during all water activities Develop personalized lesson plans that promote progress and confidence in swimming techniques Support participants' overall well-being through encouragement, positive reinforcement, and clear instruction Qualifications Previous lifeguard experience or certification is highly desirable Strong background in sports coaching, teaching, or martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Climbing Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety protocols Ability to manage behavior effectively and create an inclusive environment for diverse learners Familiarity with physical education principles and group activity management Passion for promoting health, fitness, and aquatic skills through energetic instruction Join us to empower individuals through the joy of swimming!
