About Vegas Volts Volleyball Vegas Volts Volleyball is a growing youth volleyball program dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the court. We work with young athletes across multiple skill levels and age groups, creating an environment where players can build their volleyball skills, confidence, teamwork, discipline, and love for the game. Our program serves youth athletes approximately 7-16 years old, with opportunities to participate in practices, games, tournaments, travel events, and other volleyball activities throughout the season. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and volleyball-minded individuals who enjoy working with youth and want to grow alongside a developing volleyball program.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have volleyball experience and/or strong knowledge of volleyball Enjoys working with and engaging youth ages approximately 7-16 Is energetic, positive, patient, and encouraging Can effectively teach and demonstrate volleyball skills Is comfortable working with athletes of different ages and skill levels Is comfortable communicating with parents and guardians Is comfortable speaking with potential new members and families Is comfortable with recruiting and helping grow the organization Can represent Vegas Volts Volleyball professionally Is dependable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team Is willing to learn and grow within the program Responsibilities Depending on experience and position, responsibilities may include: Leading and assisting with volleyball practices Teaching fundamental and advanced volleyball skills Helping athletes improve their technique and game knowledge Maintaining a positive and structured practice environment Assisting with games and tournaments Communicating professionally with parents and athletes Helping welcome new athletes and families into the program Recruiting new players and families to Vegas Volts Volleyball Promoting the program and generating new player interest Assisting potential members with sign-ups and registration Following up with prospective players and families Helping new players and families become part of the Vegas Volts organization Supporting team development and program activities Traveling to tournaments and games when needed Representing Vegas Volts Volleyball in a positive and professional manner
PAY & BENEFITS
Starting Pay $25+ PER
HOUR + COMMISSION
Employees can earn commission for successfully recruiting new players and families who complete their registration and join the Vegas Volts Volleyball organization. The more you help the program grow, the more opportunities you have to increase your earnings. Additional Benefits Flexible ScheduleWork around your availability and schedule whenever possible. Choose Your Pay ScheduleEmployees may choose between weekly or biweekly pay.
ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES
PAIDVegas Volts Volleyball will cover all approved business-related travel expenses, including travel for out-of-state tournaments and games. Bonus OpportunitiesAdditional bonuses may be available based on performance, responsibilities, recruitment, program growth, and other accomplishments. Opportunities for AdvancementAs Vegas Volts Volleyball continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
