In this role, you will lead engaging classes that promote fitness, discipline, and confidence while ensuring a safe and positive environment for all attendees. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports coaching, skilled in communication, and experienced in working with diverse age groups, including children and adults. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire others through the art of boxing and physical fitness. Duties Lead structured boxing classes tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes Demonstrate proper boxing techniques, footwork, and conditioning exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness Develop personalized training plans that align with participants' fitness goals and abilities Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continued improvement Enforce safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and adherence to injury prevention practices Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition Communicate effectively with clients about class schedules, progress updates, and safety guidelines Qualifications Prior experience as a boxing instructor or coach, with a strong understanding of boxing fundamentals Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for safety awareness in physical activity settings Knowledge of swimming, martial arts such as Karate or Judo, and other sports like soccer or basketball is advantageous Experience working with children and teaching physical education or sports-specific training instruction Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team leadership Certified in First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED operation for emergency preparedness Background in sports coaching, team leadership, or health club environment preferred Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a motivating atmosphere for all participants Join us as a Boxing Instructor and help individuals achieve their fitness goals while cultivating confidence through the power of sport!
