Job Description

About Us:
Bridge Performance is a strength and conditioning company dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, strength, and performance both on and off the field. We work with athletes of all ages and skill levels — from youth development to competitive high school and college athletes — using a science-based, athlete-first approach.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Performance Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident leading group sessions, comfortable coaching athletes one-on-one, and motivated to help each athlete reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Coach and lead team training sessions for youth and teen athletes. Design and implement individualized training programs based on athlete goals, sport demands, and ability levels. Provide hands-on instruction for proper technique, injury prevention, and athletic development. Motivate and mentor athletes to build both physical performance and mental confidence. Maintain a professional, high-energy environment that reflects Bridge Performance values. Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and other staff members.
Qualifications:
Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, or related field (preferred). Certification (required) CSCS (preferred) Prior coaching, athletic training, or personal training experience (preferred). Confident working with athletes of all ages and fitness levels. CPR/AED certification (required). Enthusiastic, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 12.0 per week
