Head Coach - Men's Lacrosse Hilbert College - 3.9 Hamburg, NY Job Details Full-time $42,500 a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation CPR Certification NCAA standards Sports team experience Sports coaching Attraction tools for recruitment Driver's License First Aid Certification NCAA rules Desktop applications Productivity software AED Certification Full Job Description The Head Men's Lacrosse coach directs all aspects of an NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse program and is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all activities related to the Men's Lacrosse team. This is a full-time, 10-month position with the ability to move to a 12-month position after year one evaluation. These areas include, but are not limited to: Recruiting and roster management for the 2026-27 academic year and beyond. Planning and closely supervising games & practices and all team travel. Managing team budgets and planning fundraising efforts. Overseeing equipment and uniform purchases and team inventory. Abiding by NCAA, and HCLC rules & regulations. Serving as a positive role model for the Hilbert community. Developing and maintaining good communication with student-athletes, recruits, department & college faculty & staff. Mentoring assistant coach and support staff, as applicable. Execute secondary responsibilities duties (to be assigned).
Requirements/Qualifications :
Knowledge of NCAA and HCLC rules and regulations. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Internet). Knowledge of online recruiting platforms (Field Level, NCSA, etc.). Strong communication & interpersonal skill. Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends; some weekday travel required. Strong organizational skills. Playing & coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license. Current CPR/AED & First Aid certifications or ability to obtain upon hire.

Conmpensation:
$42,500.00 This is the salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.
