Job Description

Become a Super Soccer Stars Coach! You will never forget the first time a shy four year old runs to you shouting your name. That is the job. You show up, ten little faces light up, and for 45 minutes you are the most important person in their world. You teach the first pass, the first goal, the first time they get back up after falling. Those moments stick with kids for life. Soccer Stars has been doing this for 25 years and is now one of the largest youth soccer program in the country. Every week, thousands of children ages 2 to 12 take their very first steps in sport with one of our coaches. What you get Pay from $30 to $50 an hour. Paid training. A schedule built around your life, 5 to 25 classes a week. Real coach development if you want to grow. Outdoors, on your feet, never behind a desk. What we need Energy. Patience. A little goofiness. Some experience with kids, whether as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or big sibling. Coaching licenses (Grassroots USSF 4v4, United Soccer Coaches) are a plus, not a must. If you have ever thought about coaching, teaching, or child development, this is where you start. Apply today. There is a group of kids waiting for you.
